Charlene needs a miracle. God has one waiting…a hundred years in the past.
In Time for Christmas — a Novella, is the story of Charlene Williams, a woman trapped in a dangerously abusive marriage. Disappointed that God hasn’t gotten her out of it, or even hears her prayers at all, she has shut down emotionally. When husband Dale becomes suspicious of her daily chats with the mailman, he whisks her out of town and abandons her on his family’s ranch—an isolated, dilapidated place no one has lived on for over forty years. With the promise that he’ll be back in a few days, he knocks her unconscious and leaves.
Charlene wakes up on the ranch—a hundred years in the past. Almost instantly she is drawn to Billy Page, Dale’s great grandfather. The connection is powerful and mysterious, but should she risk falling in love with a ghost? What’s going on here? Is Charlene dead, dreaming, in a coma, or simply experiencing a gift from her heavenly father?
She’ll learn one thing for certain: God does see the tears of his children.

Eventually, all secrets come to light …
As punishment for a botched arrest, U.S. Marshal “Dent” Hernandez is temporarily remanded to the quiet little town of Evergreen, WY. Not only does his hometown hold some bad memories, but he is champing at the bit to go after vicious killers, not waste his time scolding candy thieves. And he most certainly should not be escorting the very pretty, but jittery, schoolteacher around. What is she so afraid of? Turns out, a lot of folks are keeping secrets in Evergreen.
When the bank is robbed and Dent has to do what he does best, choices will be made, lies will be exposed, and hearts will break. Can Christmas bring love and healing to Evergreen? To Dent?

It all depends on my mood and finances. Some years I start in January and others I don’t start till mid December.
I usually do my Christmas shopping around Thanksgiving to early December. That is if I have the money. Times are tight. Thanks for the giveaway and good luck everyone.
I usually start thinking about what to get after the first of the year and then by June or July I start actually buying certain things!!

Really anytime of year. If I find something someone might like I save it for Christmas 🙂
I do my shopping shortly after thanksgiving but never finish until a few days before Christmas.
My last vacation was in Branson for a family reunion
I don’t have a lot to buy for so I’m usually done in a week.
I usually start in October/November time frame but pick up things throughout the year
I actually Christmas shop every time I find something on sale or something special. After Thanksgiving, I finish shopping if I haven’t already found everything by then. I have half of this year’s done already.
I Christmas shop year round that way I can hit the sales. 🙂
Well…. it’s more like shopping for 150 missionaries that join us every year to put on Celebrando Navidad in Rio Bravo, Mexico! I insist on homemade cookies for dessert, so bake a 100 dz! SO… food shopping!
I shop all year long when something is on sale.
Sadly, I procrastinate until the last minute
I usually start Christmas shopping any time I see something that I know someone on my list would like and I hide them in a closet and hope I remember where they are when it’s time to wrap them.
It depends. Sometimes I find something that is perfect for a certain person so I will go ahead & buy it. My problem is waiting until Christmas to give it to them.
